Allow SNUGGT to use your provided details to contact you regarding your order, if required.

If you fail to provide all necessary information, you may not be able to place an order.

Once you place an order, you will receive:

• Order Confirmation via email/SMS

• Shipping Confirmation once the order is dispatched

The contract between you and SNUGGT is considered complete only after the Order Confirmation is issued.

All orders are subject to product availability.

If a product is unavailable or out of stock after placing your order, SNUGGT may offer a substitute product of equal value.

If you choose not to accept the substitute, any amount paid will be reimbursed as per our refund policy.

While we strive to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse or cancel an order even after Order Confirmation.

SNUGGT reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at any time

• Remove or modify any product, material, or content on the website

SNUGGT shall not be liable to you or any third party for such actions.

Orders will be delivered by the date mentioned in the Delivery Confirmation or, if no date is specified, within a maximum of 30 days from Order Confirmation.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, logistics issues, or delivery zone restrictions.

Delivery is deemed complete once you or an authorised third party receives physical possession of the product, confirmed by delivery receipt.

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of delivery charges.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

While we aim for accuracy, pricing errors may occur.

If a pricing error is identified:

• You will be informed and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

• If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded.

SNUGGT is not obligated to honor incorrect prices that are clearly erroneous.

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery (only for orders placed outside sale periods).

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

SNUGGT reserves the right to reject returns if:

• Products appear used, washed, or soiled

• Products are damaged (except when delivered damaged)

Reverse pickup will be arranged only after approval by the SNUGGT Customer Experience Team.

For defective products, customers must email clear images to info@snuggt.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 hours.

As SNUGGT relies on third-party logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.), a ₹250 reverse pickup fee will be charged to the customer.

Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Festive Sales are:

• Non-returnable

• Non-refundable

A tax invoice will be provided along with the delivered products.

All purchases made on the SNUGGT website are subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing Indian laws and regulations.

Refunds will be credited to the SNUGGT Wallet.

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@snuggt.com.

An order may be exchanged a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.

Wallet balance can be used only on snuggt.com.

Wallet balance is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

SNUGGT reserves the right to:

• Refuse returns suspected of fraud or policy abuse

• Inspect all returned products for authenticity and condition

Fraudulent activities will be taken seriously and reported to relevant authorities when required.

SNUGGT may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
