Read this carefully to understand how we handle exchanges, defects, and store credits.
No Cash Refunds
We don’t do money-back refunds. Approved cases get store credit instead.
Store credit is issued if:
• Your order gets lost in transit
• You receive the wrong item
• The product arrives damaged
🕒 Credit is valid for 30 days and works only on our website.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel or edit your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once it’s processed or shipped, it’s locked 🔒
Prepaid order cancellations = store credit only.
Size Exchanges (Only)
We exchange sizes only — no returns for refunds. Here’s how it works:
• Request within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear pics with tags on
• Item must be unused + in original packaging
• ₹250 exchange fee (reverse pickup + re-delivery)
• Takes 6–7 working days
• One exchange per order
• Subject to stock availability
• No exchanges on sale or promo items
If reverse pickup isn’t available, you’ll need to ship it to us (no exchange fee in that case).
Defects? We’ve Got You.
We cover manufacturing defects only (after verification).
Covered:
• Bad stitching or loose seams
• Uneven dye or weird fading
• Excessive pilling or fuzz
• Missing / misplaced details
• Tears, frays, or heavy fabric distortion
• Anything that clearly affects the look or wear
Not covered:
• Washing mistakes or care issues
• Normal wear & tear
• Alterations after purchase
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Chemical or environmental damage
Final Things to Know
• Worn, washed, or tag-less returns won’t be accepted.
• Courier delays aren’t in our control.
• Please check the size chart before ordering — trust us.
